38 cities' "strongest brains" discuss rail transit

At 9 am yesterday, the final of the 2020 National Industry Vocational Skills Competition - "Xinyu Cup" National Urban Rail Transit Industry Vocational Skills Competition Driving Dispatcher Competition was opened at the Laijiaqiao Comprehensive Base Training Center of Chongqing Rail Transit. 82 contestants from 38 cities and 41 rail transit units across the country gathered in the mountain city to exchange ideas.

The competition was co-organized by the China Urban Rail Transit Association and the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center and hosted by Chongqing Transportation Investment Rail Group. The competition content is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge and practical operation competition. In the practical operation competition, urban rail transit driving dispatchers will conduct practical operation assessment items including vehicle failure, signal equipment failure, power supply system failure, station electromechanical equipment failure, track failure (line failure affects train operation) and so on.
